DODA POLICE CONDUCTED PCPG MEETINGS AT GAJOTH BHALLA | KNO

DODA,JAN 15 (KNO) : Ravinder Pal Singh, SP Ops Doda conducted a PCPG meeting at Gajoth beside held a darbar of Police Personnel on the direction of SSP Doda Mohammad Shabir. The aim of the meeting was to strengthen the Police-Public relationship, which was attended by large number of people from the villages of Khorwa, Bhorwa, Panjgrain, Bhia area of Block Bhalla. During the course of meeting, the participants put forth different demands/Issues viz. Blacktopping of road from Bhalla to Gajoth, Up-gradation of Middle School Gajoth to High School, Opening of PHC at Gajoth and Continuing water/electric supply during winter season.SP Ops Doda assured the participants that the general demands pertaining to civil administration will be conveyed to the concern departments while the grievances relating to Police shall be redressed on priority basis .He also urged upon the participants to co-operate and strengthen the hands of Police, so that the social crime, smuggling of Drugs, bovine, illicit liquor, forest produce etc be eradicated from the area. The participants were assured that District Police Doda is trying its best to curb the crime from the society and asked for more cooperation from public, so that a crime free atmosphere is build up in the area. Moreover, they were asked to maintain peace and communal harmony in the area.Moreover, SP Ops Doda held a Darbar of Police Personnel deployed at Ops Group Gajoth and issued instructions to remain extra vigilant and keep a close watch on mischievous, bovine smugglers and forest produced smugglers (KNO)
